Overview – Legacy Golf & Tennis
Legacy Golf & Tennis is a private golf club located in the PGA Village in Port St. Lucie, Florida. Golf is the cornerstone of this club with 27 holes of golf.
Their Championship Course was designed by renowned golf course architect George Fazio and plays to 7,023 yards from the Championship Tees. The Legacy has hosted both U.S. Open and U.S. Senior Open Qualifiers since 2010.
The Par 3 Fazio Yellow Course was designed by Jim Fazio and has holes ranging from 61 yards to 156 yards. The Desert Course is 18 holes of miniature golf in a unique desert setting.
Additionally, they have 6 lit Har-Tru Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts, Bocce Ball, and a Dog Park.
Our Approach
Our goal was to design a new website which represented the change in ownership and the new vision for the Legacy.
To showcase the Championship Course we created a hole by hole design including images, yardage, handicap and playing tips.
The user experience was very important and the home page was designed to display all club amenities with direct links in addition to the detailed main menu.
Market Now also hosts and maintains the website with monthly updates.
